  1. By placing an order on the e-commerce website www.plantme.it, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and fully accepts the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
  2. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order. In case of unexpected unavailability of goods and non-acceptance of the order, no charge will be made to the Customer.


The offer of this e-commerce site is proposed by PlantMe.it, in accordance with the current regulations for electronic commerce and distance contracts contained in the Consumer Code D. Lgs. 206/05.


The photos of the products, present on the site, are intended for purely representative purposes as they may not correspond exactly to the individual plants that will be shipped, due to the nature and variability of the same. In the case of substantial product variability, these diversities will be specified by means of photos or text.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices of the Products published on the Site are in Euros and must be understood to include VAT.

The price guaranteed to the buyer is the price published on the Site. The price becomes final at the time the order is placed.

The prices of the Products from time to time published on the Site cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the Products.


Each order for Products transmitted to PlantMe.co.uk constitutes a contractual proposal by the Customer. Fulfillment of the order by PlantMe.it shall be equivalent to confirmation and acceptance thereof.

Tax documentation relating to the Products ordered shall be issued by PlantMe.it at the time of dispatch to the Customer of the Products themselves.

For each order placed on www.plantme.it records the purchase to consideration or, if required, issues an invoice for the material shipped, sending it by e-mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to art. 45 of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005). For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be authentic. No changes in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same.

Delivery charges will be highlighted explicitly before placing the order. Some promotions may propose discounts equal to the shipping costs for orders above a certain value determined by the offer itself. Payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using Credit Card, Paypal or other internet payment solutions. The charge to the credit card will result from Plantme.it manager of the integrated e-commerce platform. Nothing is due in addition by the Client to the total amount of the order.


The conclusion of the contract will take place only when the order is confirmed by Plantme.it.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the e-commerce system by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Client. This confirmation message will include the Date and Time of the order, an "Order Number" and a "Customer Code", to be used in any further communication. It is the Customer's responsibility to register with the correct data and to keep such data up-to-date by means of the login credentials.


The order will be executed within the terms specified on the Site. In the event of non-execution of the order by Plantme.it (where the same is due to unavailability of the Products ordered by the Client), Plantme.it will inform the Client as soon as possible of the expected delivery time for the supply of the missing Product. Where the Client does not wish to wait any longer, in any case not exceeding 30 working days, Plantme.it will reimburse any sums already paid by them for the unfulfilled supply.

In the event of stock depletion or unavailability of the Product ordered, Plantme.it undertakes to inform the Client as soon as possible, specifying a deadline for availability. The Customer will confirm through the e-mail indicated at the time of the order, his choice, i.e. to wait for the availability of the Product or to request a refund.


The Products ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order.

Shipments will take place at the beginning of the week to avoid courier stocks and in any case after receiving confirmation of payments: for payment by credit card shall be the confirmation of transaction by the circuit.

Between the day of shipment of the products and the day of arrival from the customer there are generally 2 to a maximum of 3 days, depending on the location of destination and / or by weather conditions or external to the company. Islands and inconvenient locations generally take a few days longer.

Delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the Product is delivered to the Customer. The delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery of the Product, will constitute proof in the matter of transportation and release of the good.

Plantme.it only accepts orders with delivery in Italian and European territory.

Order processing times are normally between 1 and 7 working days to which the transit time of the goods must be added. No responsibility can be attributed to Plantme.it in case of delay in the delivery of what has been ordered by couriers.


Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Client is required to check:

  • that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
  • that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately challenged, putting WRITTEN RESERVE OF CONTROL on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not object to any dispute regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days after delivery, in the manner provided herein.


Plantme.it will provide, in relation to the Products purchased by the Client consumer, the legal guarantee of conformity under the conditions and terms set out in Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
In particular, the rights arising from this guarantee may be exercised provided that the Products have been used correctly, with due diligence and in compliance with the intended use and as provided in the enclosed indications, as well as upon presentation by the Customer of the delivery note received with the same and indication of the order number.
Expenses related to the return of products as a result of the exercise of the warranty shall be borne by the Consumer.

The warranty rights of the Consumer Customer shall be prescribed in the legal terms set forth in Article 132 of the Consumer Code below:
1. The seller shall be liable under Article 130 when the lack of conformity becomes apparent within the period of two years after delivery of the goods.
2. The consumer shall forfeit his rights under Article 130(2) if he fails to report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date he discovered the defect. Reporting is not necessary if the seller has acknowledged the existence of the defect or concealed it.
3. Unless proven otherwise, defects in conformity that become apparent within six months after delivery of the goods shall be presumed to have existed on that date, unless such assumption is inconsistent with the nature of the goods or the nature of the defect in conformity.
4. The action aimed at asserting defects not maliciously concealed by the seller shall be prescribed, in any case, within the term of twenty-six months from the delivery of the good; however, the consumer, who is sued for the performance of the contract, may always assert the rights referred to in Article 130, paragraph 2, provided that the lack of conformity has been reported within two months of its discovery and before the expiration of the period referred to in the preceding sentence.
Warranty rights of professional Customers, i.e. non-consumers, are governed by the rules of the Civil Code in force on contracts of sale. In any case, any claims for flaws or defects, including those arising from packaging operations of the goods shipped, must be received in writing to Plantme.it, by fax or registered letter, within 7 days of receipt from the disputed consignment, in the delivery methods and times section.
The Client must accompany any complaint of defects with photographs representing the damage to the goods.
If the Product sold is found to be defective, Plantme.it may propose to the Client either a partial refund of the purchase price in an amount appropriate to the seriousness of the defect found or the replacement of the Product. The latter option is excluded for defects of minor importance and that do not affect in any way the intended use or external appearance of the Product.


Payment of consideration is due at the time the order is placed.

The Client may settle the order as proposed on the PlantMe.it Website in the Payment Methods section and more specifically:

- by credit card (in this case, the Customer guarantees the fact that he has any necessary authorizations to use the card payment method when ordering);

- by PayPal. (The Client warrants to Plantme.it the fact of having any necessary authorizations to use the PayPal payment method when ordering).


The Products ordered shall remain the property of Plantme.it until final payment in full of their price (pursuant to Art. 1523 et seq. of the CC.). Plantme.it reserves the right to claim the products ordered in the event of non-payment.

In this hypothesis and at the request of Plantme.it, the Client agrees to return any unpaid product, with shipping costs borne by the Client.


Any complaints must be addressed directly to Plantme.it | Via Mestre 16 | 00182 Rome (RM) | immediately after receipt of the goods. The Customer must keep the original packaging and the delivery document.

The contract of sale between the Client and Plantme.it is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.

For the resolution of civil disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Client is a consumer, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of reference of his town of residence or domicile, if located in the territory of the State; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Rome. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the Client declares that he/she has carefully read and understood and specifically accepts the following clauses of the General Conditions of Sale Plantme.it.
